Delivery
With the exception
of the models listed below all prices include delivery to UK mainland. Delivery
is to kerb side only; if a different service is required we will be happy to
quote for that service.
Equipment that may
be subject to delivery charge: Rack/Flight, Pot/Utensil washers and modular
icemakers.
Prices for specified delivery times, non-mainland
destinations and excluded items as above, delivery costs will be given on
request.
Quotes for specific deliveries are only valid for 3
months. Any deliveries after this period will be subject to the costs at
that point in time and we recommend the customer confirms the new charge prior
to despatch.
Equipment delivered late, will be subject to a credit for
the additional amount charged only. No
claim for labour or consequential loss will be considered.
All goods MUST be
inspected on receipt. Any damage or shortage should be notified to
Maidaid Halcyon customer services within 12 hours of receipt excluding Saturday
and Sunday. Failure to notify us within this time frame may result in the
rejection of subsequent claims for shortages or damage.
Standard delivery
is limited to kerb side only.
Should goods be
delivered damaged it is the customer’s responsibility to advise Maidaid Halcyon
customer services within 12 hours of delivery, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
Goods should be returned
in original packaging where practical.
Faulty
Goods
An authorised Returns number must be sought before the return
of any goods. Depending on the goods to be returned, some or all of the
following information may be required before a Return Authorisation is issued:
- Date of supply and failure reason of the machine. All goods returned must
be accompanied with a detailed engineers report explaining the nature of the
failure and a statement that the goods were fitted by an appropriately
qualified technician.
Warranty is dependent on the manufacturer’s warranty at
the time of purchase and may vary between 1 to 3 years depending on the
product.
The warranty on all goods supplied by Maidaid Halcyon is
limited to the repair and on occasion’s maybe the replacement of the faulty
item. No claim for labour or consequential loss will be considered.
All exported goods are excluded from our general terms
and conditions and are to be considered as not returnable or covered by full
warranty.
Goods
no longer required or ordered in error
An authorised Returns number must be sought before goods
are returned. All goods may be subject to a restocking charge. No
credit will be issued for shipping / delivery charges.
Processing
and picking errors
Any goods supplied by Maidaid Halcyon in error, either
due to a picking or order processing error, must be reported within 12 hours
excluding Saturday and Sunday.
