Maidaid-Halcyon is a supplier of high quality catering equipment including glasswashers, dishwashers, utensil/potwashers, icemakers, bottle coolers, refrigeration and freezers, and espresso coffee machines. Maidaid-Halcyon also provides a range of ancillary products including water softeners and water treatment devices as well as best quality specialist detergents.

Our product range is as follows:

Glasswashers:
• C Range – offers great performance, great durability and great value for money. Simple to operate and sturdily built, these machines produce sparkling results time after time.
• D Range - provides sophisticated, state-of-the-art electronics to give total control. Economical and energy saving, these machines self-diagnose mechanical and operator errors enabling service engineers to quickly resolve any problems.
• Z Range - designed to withstand the inevitable abuse of a busy bar environment. Strength of engineering is combined with ease of use to produce the best results in the most demanding work environment.

Dishwashers:
• C Range – extremely versatile to allow the correct selection for any business. The innovative design features streamlined wash arms, fabricated from an advanced polymeric material. This means great results and easy maintenance.
• D Range - undercounter and pass-through machines with sophisticated state-of-the art electronics. This means that the equipment has a self-diagnose facility enabling service engineers to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.
• MH Range - includes undercounter and pass through machines including the versatile front loading machine which will give additional capacity at a convenient working height – ideal for nursing homes and busy pubs where space is at a premium.

Minirack:
• Our Minirack system provides flexibility, reliability and performance. The equipment has a timed washing system and can operate continuously, washing hundreds of dishes or economically drop down to stand-by mode during intermittent use. On insertion of a new rack, the Minirack automatically boosts the temperature and resumes washing.

Rack Conveyors
• This range of rugged and reliable rack conveyor dishwashing machines comes with a vast array of options. Flight Machines
• The Maidaid-Halcyon flight machines are for the heaviest ware washing requirements. The conveyor is designed for continuous operation.

Utensil/Potwashers
• A range of four heavy duty pot washing machines with electronic controls and digital temperature display.

Icemakers
• A superb range of automatic ice making machines providing various size cubes or flakes.  The Maidaid-Halcyon icemaker range offers both floor standing cabinets and modular ice cube makers for larger operation ice requirements. An excellent selection of storage bins is also available.

Bottle Coolers
• One and two door bottle coolers competitively priced and manufactured to the highest standards.

Refrigeration and Freezers
• Refrigerated cabinets or freezer cabinets are available in single or double door format and can be combined with refrigerated counter units to provide the ideal combination for any commercial kitchen.  The counters can be supplied with doors, drawers, pizza prep worktop and many other options. All Maidaid-Halcyon refrigeration and freezer equipment is designed to accommodate gastronorm containers.
