With the quality of the equipment we supply and the support we give our distributor network, you will be assured of the finest personal service. We think there is real value in this.
End users cannot purchase any of our products directly as we deal through a national network of some of the finest equipment suppliers and design houses in the UK today.
We adhere strictly to this policy in order to ensure that local representation is made for our equipment and such things as site surveys, special delivery arrangements, tailored service contracts, bespoke stainless steel fabrication and any problems brought about by hard water areas, are all dealt with on a local basis.
We do not supply the discount warehouses: you therefore, have the comfort of knowing that when you purchase a piece of our equipment you will not be left with a large box on your doorstep, or on the pavement outside your premises, from a so-called tail lift delivery and you are left to get on with it (unless that’s what you specifically asked for!!).
Additionally, at Maidaid we take our environmental responsibilities very seriously and have a commitment to working with our suppliers to design and build quality equipment that reflects this. Maidaid has carefully selected business partners, mostly based in Italy, who we have dealt with, in many cases, for over thirty years.
Our principal glasswasher and dishwasher supplier is Eurotec, which is part of the ITW global business, and in the top 100 US listed companies: they are one of the largest players in the global market place for warewashing equipment.
Our inspectors ensure that their factory implement the highest “green” policies possible.
