Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion
1.1 The Maidaid Halcyon and C Range Multibuy Promo (the “Promotion”) is a limited-period promotional offer made available by Buttress Group Limited (“Maidaid”) on selected commercial warewashing machines across the Maidaid Halcyon AMH and C ranges.
1.2 The Promotion applies only to those models identified by Maidaid as qualifying for the Promotion (each a “qualifying machine” or “qualifying model”). Any model not so identified is excluded from the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, the Maidaid D, Evo and Elite Ranges are NOT included in the Promotion.
1.3 The Promotion is available to eligible UK trade customers who order qualifying machines during the Promotion Period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
1.4 In these Terms & Conditions, a “qualifying transaction” means a single order for qualifying machines placed by an eligible customer within the Promotion Period and accepted by Maidaid in accordance with clause 5.2.
1.5 These Terms & Conditions govern the Promotion only. Maidaid’s standard Terms & Conditions of Sale continue to apply to all orders placed under the Promotion and prevail in the event of any inconsistency, save in respect of the promotional prices and promotional mechanics expressly set out below.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion starts from 14th Sept 2026 and ends on 30th November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), unless amended, extended, suspended or withdrawn earlier in accordance with clause 9.
2.2 Qualifying machines must be ordered within the Promotion Period and delivered in accordance with clause 5.6. Orders placed outside the Promotion Period do not qualify for the Promotion.
3. Halcyon AMH & C Ranges — Buy Five, Get One Free
3.1 For every five (5) qualifying machines from the Maidaid Halcyon AMH and C ranges purchased in a single qualifying transaction, Maidaid will supply one (1) further qualifying machine free of charge (the “free machine”). Qualifying machines purchased in excess of a multiple of five do not attract a further free machine.
3.2 The free machine must be a qualifying model from the Halcyon AMH or C ranges of equal or lesser promotional value than the lowest-priced qualifying machine purchased in the same qualifying transaction.
3.3 The free machine must be identified at the time of order and must form part of the same qualifying transaction. Qualifying machines cannot be aggregated across separate orders or transactions.
3.4 By way of illustration: five (5) qualifying machines purchased attracts one (1) free machine (six machines supplied in total); ten (10) qualifying machines purchased attracts two (2) free machines (twelve machines supplied in total); and twelve (12) qualifying machines purchased attracts two (2) free machines (fourteen machines supplied in total), the two additional purchased machines not attracting a further free machine.
3.5 The maximum saving available under the Halcyon AMH and C element of the Promotion is up to 20% of the value of the qualifying machines purchased, depending on the qualifying models selected. See clause 6.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Promotion is available only to eligible UK trade customers, including authorised Maidaid dealers and distributors as applicable, as determined by Maidaid.
4.2 The Promotion is not available to consumers.
4.3 Maidaid may refuse or withdraw eligibility where it reasonably considers that the Promotion is being misused or used otherwise than for its intended purpose.
5. Orders, Delivery & Availability
5.1 The Promotion is subject to stock availability throughout the Promotion Period.
5.2 All promotional orders are subject to Maidaid’s normal order acceptance procedures. No order qualifies for the Promotion until it has been accepted by Maidaid.
5.3 Where a qualifying machine is unavailable, Maidaid may offer an alternative qualifying model at its discretion. Maidaid is under no obligation to provide a substitute.
5.4 Maidaid may apply reasonable quantity restrictions where necessary to manage stock availability or to prevent misuse of the Promotion.
5.5 Maidaid may determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether an order qualifies for the Promotion.
5.6 Machines forming part of a qualifying transaction may be delivered in stages where agreed with Maidaid. Where delivery is staged, phased or otherwise deferred at the customer’s request, all machines forming part of that qualifying transaction must be delivered within four (4) weeks of the date of the order.
5.7 Where machines are not delivered within the period specified in clause 5.6 for reasons attributable to the customer, Maidaid may treat the undelivered machines as falling outside the Promotion and may recalculate and invoice the qualifying transaction in accordance with clause 8.2. Clause 5.6 does not apply to delays attributable to Maidaid or to circumstances beyond Maidaid’s reasonable control.
5.8 Where a free machine is supplied under clause 3 and delivery of the qualifying transaction is staged, phased or deferred, the free machine will be the last machine within that qualifying transaction to be delivered.
6. Pricing & Savings
6.1 All promotional prices are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.2 Delivery, installation, commissioning, water treatment, chemicals and any other goods or services are excluded from the Promotion and from all promotional prices unless expressly stated in writing by Maidaid to be included. This applies equally to any free machine supplied under clause 3.
6.3 Any stated percentage saving is calculated against the applicable Maidaid list price or standard selling price for the model concerned and may vary by model.
6.4 Savings expressed as “up to” a stated percentage represent the maximum saving available on the qualifying models within the relevant range. They are not achieved on every qualifying model, and no representation is made that any particular model attains the stated maximum.
6.5 Promotional prices and stated savings are calculated on the basis of Maidaid’s standard discount structure.
6.6 Customers whose agreed discount structure differs from Maidaid’s standard discount structure should contact their Maidaid Area Sales Manager, as the promotional prices and savings available to them may differ from those stated.
7. Other Offers & Discounts
7.1 Unless expressly agreed in writing by Maidaid, the Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, rebate, special pricing arrangement, customer-specific pricing agreement or other commercial incentive.
7.2 No cash alternative, credit or other substitute will be offered in place of a free machine or any other promotional benefit.
7.3 The Promotion is not transferable and may not be assigned to any third party.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Credits
8.1 Machines supplied under the Promotion remain subject to Maidaid’s standard Terms & Conditions of Sale, warranty terms and returns procedures.
8.2 Where a qualifying transaction is cancelled, returned, reduced or otherwise amended so that the conditions of the Promotion are no longer satisfied, Maidaid may recalculate the transaction at the applicable non-promotional price and invoice or credit the customer accordingly.
8.3 Without limiting clause 8.2, where one or more free machines have been supplied under clause 3 and the number of qualifying machines purchased and retained is subsequently reduced, the number of free machines to which the customer is entitled will be recalculated by reference to the qualifying machines retained. Any free machine to which the customer is no longer entitled will become chargeable at Maidaid’s applicable price for that model at the date of the original order, unless that machine is returned to Maidaid in accordance with Maidaid’s returns procedures.
9. Withdrawal & Amendment
9.1 Maidaid, as manufacturer and promoter of the Promotion, reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to amend, suspend, extend, withdraw or terminate the Promotion, or to amend these Terms & Conditions, including in respect of qualifying models, promotional prices, savings and the Promotion Period.
9.2 Clause 9.1 applies subject to applicable law and does not affect orders already accepted by Maidaid in accordance with clause 5.2, which will be fulfilled on the promotional terms applicable at the date of acceptance, except where amendment is required by law or by circumstances beyond Maidaid’s reasonable control.
9.3 No withdrawal, suspension, amendment or termination of the Promotion under this clause 9 gives rise to any liability on the part of Maidaid.
10. General
10.1 Placing an order under the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 In the event of any dispute as to eligibility, qualification or the application of the Promotion, Maidaid’s decision is final, subject to applicable law.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10.4 No person who is not a party to a contract of sale made under the Promotion has any right to enforce these Terms & Conditions.
10.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
