The E-TEC app is:
The E-TEC app lets you interact with new Maidaid Evo and Elite commercial warewashers directly from your smartphone. It allows you to detect and troubleshoot alarms, update the gateway firmware, access the user manual, view electricity, water, detergent and rinse-aid consumption, consult usage statistics, monitor power status, and see which programmes are running along with their temperatures.

General setup process:
The app connects to the machine via a Wi-Fi gateway module that needs to be fitted to the warewasher. The general process is:
- Ensure your machine has the compatible Wi-Fi/connectivity gateway module installed
- Download the free E-TEC app
- Connect your phone to the gateway’s Wi-Fi network during initial setup
- Register or sign in to link the machine to your account
- Once configured, the machine connects to the internet and can be monitored remotely
