ALFORD MANOR – TEA ROOMS
Alford Manor, a historic Grade II Listed building and home to the Museum of Rural Life, set out to expand its hospitality offering beyond its existing café-style operation. With ambitions to host weddings, private functions, funeral wakes and other events for up to 150 guests, the venue needed a commercial kitchen and warewasher that could support both its day-to-day service and future growth.
Sylvester Keal, one of our trusted distribution partners, brought its specialist commercial kitchen design expertise to the project, helping Alford Manor create a flexible, future-proof catering operation. As part of the kitchen revamp, we’re proud to have supplied a Maidaid C205WS pass-through warewasher, designed to support efficient workflows, consistent cleaning results and the demands of a busy commercial kitchen.
From serving daily breakfasts and lunches to supporting larger-scale events, our equipment will help Alford Manor’s catering team maintain high standards while managing the varied needs of its hospitality offering.
